The unfurnished office space is located on the ground floor of the building in Momišići, it is air-conditioned, has two toilets and a kitchen.

The space is multipurpose and is available from July 1, 2024.

- Momišići is a city settlement located in the immediate vicinity of the city center. In the settlement there is a kindergarten, private 'Mali princ', Primary school 'Sutjeska', Faculty of Economics and University of Mediteran. In Momišić there are 'Voli', 'BB market', 'Kum' dirster, private bakery and restaurant 'Water in the Karst'. In addition to the Faculty of Economics, there is a MUP building within which it has mail offices, and in TC 'Palada' CKB. - The bus line L-9 passes through Momišće (the stands at the Vezir bridge and the soliter), which connects them with Zabjelom and Zagoričem and the bus line L-38 which connects them with the Priest.
